PLEASE NOTE: THE “DISPUTE RESOLUTION” SECTION OF THESE TERMS OF USE CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE THAT REQUIRES DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND PROHIBITS CLASS ACTION CLAIMS. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. Parents or legal guardians may not accept these Terms or register for the Services on behalf of any child under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. You may not transfer your account to anyone else without our prior written consent.

You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement, or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.

You agree to use the Services only for your personal and lawful purposes and not on behalf of any third party. Your use of the Services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If your use of the Services is prohibited by applicable law, you are not authorized to use them.

You may maintain multiple accounts; however, Jewelry by Sandra strictly prohibits the use of multiple accounts by the same individual or shared accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional rewards, discounts, or benefits.
